Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In addition we accept Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and even Bitcoin. And in case you were also wondering, we also accept good ol' fashioned, cold hard cash. (Just please don't mail it to us.)

What other payment options do you have?

We accept a variety of alternative payment methods such as PayPal Checkout, which will allow you to pay your orders in our online store and in our physical store. Additionally, we accept NFC (Near Field Communication) mobile payments such as Apple Pay, Android Play and Samsung Play. We also offer our customers the option to pay with multiple cards or a combination of payment methods for in-store purchases. We also accept bank wire, cashier's / certified check, and money orders. Additional payment processing times apply to these payment methods. In addition, payments must clear before merchandise is released or shipped to the customer.

Do you offer layaway plans?

Yes, we do. Our flexible layaway plans range from weekly to monthly payments and have standard 90 day term. If you need customized payment periods, please contact us.

Do you offer financing?

Affirmative! (pun intended) We believe jewelry doesn't have to be unaffordable. With the value of gold on a constant rise, we are always figuring out ways to make our fine jewelry more affordable for everyone. Aside from our flexible layaway plans, purchases made online can be financed through Affirm and Paypal Credit, and Zip (previously Quadpay). Once you've been approved for a line of credit, you may check out through our online store like you normally would and the financing options will be presented to you.

When will my order arrive?

As a company proudly founded & based in New York, we know that our clients aren't always able to devote much time from their packed schedules to shop at our store. At the same time, we know that they would love the convenience of doing so wherever they are, and with the utmost expedience. That is why we strive to provide order processing as fast as humanly possible— in most cases, orders that contain ready to wear items in stock will ship out on the same business day. You will automatically receive a delivery tracking email once your order has been processed and ready for shipment.

How should I care for my jewelry?

All fine jewelry purchases from Popular come with a lifetime of complementary professional jewelry cleaning. We recommend being as reasonably gentle on your jewelry as possible. In most cases, using warm water and a mild soap will be enough to clean your jewelry.

Do you repair jewelry?

Yes, we do. We offer repair services to gold and silver jewelry pieces. You just need to bring your damaged piece to our store and we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible. Due to our high volume of work, please allow at least 2-3 hours of wait time for same day jewelry routine repair service if eligible. Job completion times will depend on the availability of components / parts, complexity of the work and the volume of work already in queue.

Do you repair watches?

Yes, we do. We offer a whole suite of watch services from routine battery changes to mechanical movement maintenance / repair. Feel free to bring your prized watch to our store for a diagnostic and quote. It'll be in good hands. 

What is your return policy?

For purchases made physically in-store our In-Store Return Policy applies which is also written on the purchase receipt:
Only exchanges are normally allowed and must be made within 7 days of purchasing.
